The disappearance of a runaway nine months ago might be solved. Skeletal remains have been discovered by workers putting in the Adams Creek Parkway Extension near Blue Springs. Jackson County Sheriff’s Captain Graham Kempster thinks it might be the remains of a teen who disappeared in December. They were found in an outbuilding. Kempster theorizes the boy died of exposure. No name has been released.
