A critical accusation has been leveled against police in a wrongful death lawsuit against Kansas City police. The lawsuit stems from the death of Timothy Wilson, 13, nearly 2 years ago. Attorneys in the case accuse police of planting the gun found in the truck Wilson was driving. He was killed during a confrontation in which police say the boy tried to run over them. Wilson’s mother is suing for $15 million dollars.
