A boy dragged to death in February during a car theft is being honored by his fellow students. The Glendale Elementary School has dedicated the Jake Robel Butterfly Garden. Robel was dragged to death when a man robbed his mother’s car and he got caught in a seat-belt trying to get out. During the ceremony, children sang about butterflies and read poems about blue skies and angels that live in heaven.
