They’re making more industrial generators than industry wants to buy, and that means workers at the ABB plant in Jefferson City are going to lose their jobs, at least for a while. Company spokesman Steve Buckley says full-time as well as part-time workers will be affected. They will layoff 120 or more full-time employees starting September 14th. ABB is located at the former Westinghouse plant north of Jefferson City.
