Judge Throws Out Part of Suit Against SBU

A federal judge has thrown out the sex discrimination suit filed against Southwest Baptist University by a former coach. The other claim by Anne Julian, that she was fired after complaining about unequal treatment, will go to a jury today. U.S. District Judge Fernando Gaitan ruled there was no evidence to support the claim of sex discrimination.
