Cunningham Tells Players He Thought of Quitting

Gunther Cunningham didn’t want to discuss it, but his players admit that Cunningham told them he considered resigning after Sunday’s loss to the Colts, but his wife talked him out of it. Cunningham told the players he felt he let them down. Cunningham told the media whatever he said was between him and the players. The Chiefs continue their tough early schedule Sunday when they travel to Tennessee to play the Titans.
