Mexico is recovering this morning after a storm hit the town and caused considerable damage. The storm struck with such force, it knocked down the 400-foot tower of Missourinet affiliate KXEO. D.J. Troy Renner was on the air and reading weather warnings at 10:40 last night. He says everything went dark and he could feel a rumbling. He didn’t take an engineer literally when told the tower was “down” until seeing it lit by lightening, lying on the ground. A resident of the city says it looks like a war zone this morning with houses damaged, trees down and water everywhere.
