Mizzouri basketball Quin Snyder has apparently landed another top recruit, and has crossed international lines to get him. The St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that Duane John, considered the best player in Canada, has given Mizzou an oral commitment. John is a 6-6 forward, and averaged 32 points and 11 rebounds as a high school junior. John is regarded as a top-50 player, and turned down Louisville, Michigan State, Syracuse and Pittsburgh in favor of Missouri.McDonald’s All-American Travon Bryant has changed his plans. Instead of enrolling at Mizzou as a partial qualifier, Bryant will continue trying to obtain a qualifying score on the SAT and ACT. Bryant hopes to get the score, and enroll at Mizzou in January. He would be eligiblie immediately.
