All’s said and done at the Missouri State Fair except for the cleanup. Fair spokeswoman Kimberly Allen says they still have a lot of people getting the grounds back in shape after the 10-day event. She says the livestock shows and fine arts competitions seemed to do the best at this year’s fair. Total attendance was up slightly this year, if a little short of their goal. 345,000 people attended, versus 343,000 last year. Organizers had hoped to draw 350,000 or better.
