Laclede County authorities knew jail escapee Lloyd Tabor would eventually come back. And when he did last night, officers were waiting. Sheriff Bob Dotson has had officers staking out Tabor’s aunt’s house. He says Tabor had been traveling to Springfield and around the state. Tabor and another inmate went out an unlocked jail door July first. The second inmate was caught ten days later.
