The chairman of the Missouri Reform Party, Bill Lewin, is not at the party’s national convention in Long Beach. Lewin says he’s busy building the party’s grassroots network at home. The Vice-Chairman, Claudia Toomim of Kansas City, isn’t at the main convention either. She is in Long Beach, but is attending the “alternate” Reform Party convention which is against Pat Buchanan. The delegation attending the Buchanan Reform Convention, if you will, has already replaced her as a delegate to THAT convention.
