Kansas City International Airport will get a facelift as Kansas City voters have approved an almost $400 million dollar bond issue. Campaign Chairman Jerry Fogel says it’s obvious residents want to see their airport grow. Among the proposed renovations are a lightrail system for passengers and a new remote parking lot. The airport will also get some general sprucing up and beautifying.
