At least 20,000 Kansas City residents are still without power after two storms rolled through the area yesterday. At its worst, 50,000 customers were in the dark. Tom Robinson with Kansas City Power & Light says crews worked through the night and now help is arriving from other parts of the state and surrounding states. KCP&L also went through a major outage last month.
