Morris the Only Missing Chief

Offensive lineman Dave Szott decided to report to camp and play for the Chiefs. Will Shields has ended his holdout, and he is in camp. The Chiefs play their first pre-season game tomorrow missing just one key guy. First round pick Sylvester Morris, expected to make an impact at wide receiver, is still unsigned. The Chiefs are missing one player besides Morris. Defensive end Leslie O’Neal hasn’t reported to camp just yet. He’s expected to retire.Gunther Cunningham gave his players the morning off Thursday to rest up for Saturday’s pre-season opener. The Chiefs will play the Tennesee Titans in Nashville.
