Swelling from a bullet to the brain is believed to be the cause of the death of a 7-year-old boy. Jericho Lirio was playing with his older brother Monday when police say he was accidentally shot. Greene County Medical Examiner James Spindler says the bullet entered Jericho’s forehead and lodged in his skull.
