Mizzou football coach Larry Smith will miss Friday’s Big 12 media day in Kansas City as he continues his recovery from a blood clot in his lung. Smith became short of breath while jogging last week, and checked himself into an Arizona hospital. Mizzou assistant Ricky Hunley will replace Smith at media day.
