Wimbledon Champ Venus Williams drew a big crowd in Kansas City, and helped the St. Louis Aces to victory over the Explorers, 25-16. 4,402 people attended the match, double the normal attendance for the Explorers. Williams won all three sets she played to lift the Aces. The Springfield Lasers won at home over New York, 23-16.
