Congressman Richard Gephardt claims Republicans know what they’re doing passing tax cut bills that he says won’t do taxpayers any good. Gephardt accuses them of grabbing headlines by passing bills the President will veto. He thinks they’re finding out bills guaranteed a veto aren’t getting the republican party anywhere. He thinks GOP tax cuts are too big and targeted at the wealthy. Gephardt says republicans are just looking for campaign material, not dealing realistically with benefits to taxpayers.
