A window-washing crew fell six stories in a Kansas City scaffolding collapse. One man died in the fall at Kansas City’s Research Hospital. Victim identified as Leslie James, 25, of Independence. Two co-workers remain in the hospital…one of them in critical condition. A hospital spokeswoman says police and OSHA continue to investigate yesterday’s accident.
