Rave Parties are not something Missouri law enforcement agencies are about to rave about. They’re starting to crop up here…all-night parties for young people featuring loud music, flashing lights, dancing and, often, drugs. The drug of choice is Ecstasy. It’s not an overwhelming problem yet. But, notes Highway Patrol Lieutenant Ron Replogle, at one time methamphetamine use wasn’t a problem either. Ecstasy is a stimulant that lets people keep dancing all night. Some people die from its use.
