A Kansas City police officer is in trouble. The Jackson County Prosecutor’s office says Leon Bradley touched a woman sexually he had arrested. Bradley had pulled the woman over the woman for an outstanding traffic violation early on the 4th of July. Bradley denies touching the woman or making sexual comments. If convicted of sexual misconduct, he could get two years in jail.
