The Rams have signed their fourth round draft pick, Kaulana Noa. Noa started four years at offensive tackle for Hawaii. He signed a three year deal. With training camp a week away, only the Rams top three picks remain unsigned. They are running back Trung Canidate, cornerback Jacoby Shepherd, and offensive lineman John St. Clair. The Rams would also like to get veteran cornerback Todd Lyght and league MVP Kurt Warner signed before camp opens next week. The NFL does not allow players to participate in camp unless they are under contract.
