The stay of execution issued for Mose Young means the condemned prisoner leaves the special holding cell at Potosi. It’s a holding cell for those whose date with death is rapidly approaching. Tim Kniest of the State Department of Corrections says Young will return to the prison’s general population and will start living by those rules again.
