Mose Young antagonizes

July 12, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

Missouri’s Attorney General is peeved at the latest delay in the Mose Young execution. A St. Louis federal judge won’t take up the triple-murderer’s appeal until July 24th. Judge Jean Hamilton will be hearing allegations of witness tampering that prompted the 8th U-S Circuit Court of appeals yesterday to postpone the execution. Jay Nixon says the evidence against Young is strong. He claims the appeals to postpone Young’s execution are irrelevant to the man’s guilt or innocence.
