Telemarketing bill delayed

It’s going to be one year before many telemarketers will need your permission to call you. The governor has signed the law but spokesman Scott Holste with the attorney general’s office says it’s going to take several months to put the program together. He says they’ll have to study how other states run similar programs. Of course, not all telemarketers will have to use that list. Some favorites were exempted.
