The Rams signed three late picks, their fifth, sixth and seventh rounders. Defensive end Brian Young of Texas-El Paso, safety Matt Bowen from Iowa, and guard Andrew Kline out of San Diego State. All three signed three-year deals. The Rams’ top four picks remain unsigned. Training camp begins July 21st.
