Columbia resident and Rams part-owner Stan Kroenke has completed his purchase of the Colorado Avalanche the Denver Nuggets, and their arena. Kroenke spent 450-million dollars to acquire the teams. The deal includes a stipulation that the teams will remain in Denver for at least 25 years, even if Kroenke dies.
