Missing: a 25-by-15 American foot flag. Goes by the name of “Old Glory.” The American Legion Post in Chillicothe says someone stole their American flag the night before July 4th. Chillicothe police say someone cut the rope from the flagpole, took the Stars and Stripes, and left a POW flag behind, in the mud. The flag is worth more than $750–making the crime a felony.
