A Missouri education leader says Missouri is in an enviable position at a national conference in Chicago. The President of the Missouri arm of the National Education Association is Donna Collins. She says some states are envious of Missouri’s education reforms. She says several states wish they were putting as much money into professional development of classroom teachers as Missouri does.
