In Ozark, the Mountain Ducks have run off their longest winning streak of the year, five games. The Ducks topped the Jackson DiamondKats 3-2, behind eight strong innings from pitcher Jim Wollscheid. The Mountain Ducks are 27-27, the first time they’ve reached .500 this year.The River City Rascals won on the road, beating the Cook County Cheetahs 6-2. Ryan Bauer pitched 8 and 1/3 innings to improve to 5-1, which ties him for the most wins in the Frontier League.
