The biggest Independence Day event in the country heads into its last day today. And tonight, it should take the folks at Fair St. Louis about 30 minutes to set off 4 tons of fireworks shells. Country music star Neil McCoy plays a free show today and the Four Tops play later on this evening. The former V.P. Fair also boasts a giant sand sculpture of the Lewis and Clark expedition, and includes the annual military air show. The supervisor of the Gateway Arch grounds for the National Parks Service, Gary Easton, says with 150 years of heritage, Fair St. Louis attracts people from all over the country.
