Abortion foes ready for legal fight

On the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down Nebraska’s abortion law, abortion rights advocates are looking forward to taking on Missouri’s law banning partial birth abortion. Peter Brownlie of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri says this ruling will galvanize people on both sides of the issue. He thinks the Missouri law will fall because, in his view, it is too broad and puts too much of a restriction on a woman’s right to an abortion.
