Indoor football is coming to the St. Louis area. The River City Renegades of the Indoor Professional Football League will play at Family Arena in St. Charles beginning in April of next year. The IPFL began play in 1997 and currently has seven teams. The league will have ten teams next year. Family Arena is also home to St. Louis Steamers soccer, Missouri River Otters hockey, and St. Louis Swarm basketball.
