A worker removing a dead tree has been electrocuted in Kansas City. G.C. Webb’s cherry picker hit a power line. The Spokesman for the city’s park’s department, Chuck Moore, says accidents like this one are extremely rare. He blames the electrocution on tree branches obscuring the location of the lines that came into contact with the victim’s machine. Webb had worked for the city for three decades.
