Why are the gas prices so high??? That’s the question that will undoubtedly be asked of the oil companies by a task force headed by Attorney General Jay Nixon. Governor Carnahan has used an executive order to set up that task force. Carnahan spokesman Jerry Nachtigal says the governor wants to know if any illegal practices are to blame.
