The two suspects in yesterday’s shooting deaths of two Randolph County jail employees appeared in court today. Michael Tisius and Tracie Bulington appeared with their hands and feet bound by shackles. Neither suspect showed much emotion and the judge appointed each of a public defender. Prosecutor Mike Fusselman hinted in a news conference after the court hearings that more suspects will face charges in the dual killings. Deputies Jason Acton and Leon Egley were killed Thursday when police say Tisius and Bulington tried to free a jail inmate.
