Senior athletes invade Columbia

The 6th annual Missouri State Senior Games begin today in Columbia. Senior Games coordinator Jack Miles says the event is for people 50 years of age and over. The Olympic style competition includes 18 sports and a half dozen different school events. He says the Senior Games are a great way to show Missouri’s “seasoned citizens” are still active–and athletic–at 60, 70, even 80 years old!
