An extradition hearing is planned in Wyandotte County, Kansas court today for the fugitive accused of killing a Sedalia boy. Federal agents believe Romero had been hiding out in Kansas City since Humberto Alonzo, 15, was shot in the head earlier this month. Juan Romero had been the subject of an intense FBI manhunt and turned himself into police in Kansas City, Kansas Sunday morning. They’re considering criminal charges against a woman who was caught last Friday traveling with Romero along with a young child.
