Mo lottery tops 18 million

June 5, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

It’s been 27 weeks since anybody hit the state lotto jackpot. Now it sits at 18.2 million dollars. This weekend’s drawing was the 56th since the last time anybody won it, the night before Thanksgiving. But state lottery spokesman Gary Gonder says the odds don’t change. They’re still three and-a-half million to one. Winners can either get the jackpot paid in 25 annual payments…or they can take a lump sum payment that is about half of the jackpot.
