It’s opening night for the River City Rascals. The minor league baseball team that plays in O’Fallon begins its season tonight at home against the Evansville Otters. The Rascals finished 39-45 last season, when they were managed by former Cardinal slugger Jack Clark. Clark is now coaching in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, and the Rascals will be managed this year by Neil Fiala, who coaches Southwestern Illinois College.Missouri’s other minor league team, the Ozark Mountain Ducks, beat San Angelo yesterday 10-2, banging out 17 hits. The Ducks are playing the Colts again this afternoon.
