Former St. Louis Ram and Nebraska Cornhusker Lawrence Phillips is in trouble again, and has landed in jail. Phillips is in a Beverly Hills, California jail charged with assaulting his girlfriend, and carrying a loaded weapon in a vehicle. He is being held on 500-thousand dollars bond. Phillips has been out of the NFL since being waived by the 49ers last November. He was drafted by the Rams in the first round in 1996.
