Blues Move Radio Broadcasts

May 23, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

The St. Louis Blues are moving… down the radio dial. After airing their games on KMOX radio in St. Louis for 31 of their 33 years, the Blues have granted their broadcast rights to radio station KTRS. Blues officials were unhappy that important late season games were regularly bumped off of KMOX in favor of spring training Cardinal broadcasts. The Blues will be the top priority at KTRS. The deal with KTRS runs three years and includes a 30 minute pre-game show, coaches and player shows, and other promotion.
