May 16, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

The United States Supreme Court has refused to review the convictions of Michael Worthington and Charles Armentrout. Worthington has been convicted of strangling a Lake St. Louis woman in 19-95. Armentrout faces execution for using a souvenir baseball bat to beat his grandmother to death in St. Louis in 19-95. They now have finished state appeals. They still can appeal through the federal courts.
