The new chairman of the state gaming commission is former Highway Patrol Major Lewis Ullery. He replaces St. Louis businessman Julian Seeherman, whose term expired. Ullery has been on the commission since 19-98. He says the biggest issue before the commission is the expansion of the St. Louis market.
