The sale of the Flamingo Hilton Casino in Kansas City to Isle of Capri Casinos has been approved by the Kansas City Port Authority. The state gaming commission still must approve the deal. The price is 33-and-a-half million dollars. Isle of Capri plans a 15-million-dollar makeover if the deal goes through. The state gaming commission has to give its approval yet. Isle of Capri is based in Mississippi. The company recently got permission to develop a casino in Boonville.
