Questions arise over need; still the House approves the creation of an Agriculture Advocate within the State Department of Agriculture. Though the measure made it through the House, it died in the Senate on the last day of the session. Representative Dan Hegeman, a dairy farmer from Cosby, tells the sponsor it seems redundant.
