Auto racing fans in the Kansas City area will get good news this afternoon. The company building a track near Kansas City plans to announce today that the track will hold a Winston Cup race next year. The track might also land an Indy Racing League event. IRL founder Tony George is scheduled to appear at today’s press conference.
