Missouri has the sixth-best mail-back rate in the national census. Sixty-eight percent of the forms have been returned. That’s three percentage points better than the national average. People who didn’t mail back their forms are starting to hear knocks on their doors from census takers getting information from those who did not send forms back. That process should continue until late June or early July.
