A major marijuana dealer has pleaded guilty to distributing more than a ton of the drug and setting a fire that heavily damaged a Kansas City restaurant in 19-98. The federal prosecutor had accused Roland Scott Vaca of being the leader of a major marijuana distribution ring in the Kansas City area. Vaca admits he burned down a restaurant because the owner had testified against Vaca’s associate, who was tried earlier. Vaca faces another trial later in the beating of another witness.
