Meth house hit in Willow Springs

May 4, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

A man from Willow Springs is charged with having about a pound-and-a-half of processed methamphetamine at his home…as well as guns…and more than 11-thousand dollars in cash. A federal grand jury in Springfield has indicted Leroy Brown. The indictment says Brown, as someone with a past felony conviction, could not legally have the pistol and shotgun found in his home. Agents also are asking the court to order forfeiture of the money because it’s the proceeds of a criminal enterprise.
